Jewellery Replacements
In recognizing jewellery as an investment, we operate with a strict code of ethics. Flawless integrity and accountability are inherent in all our dealings, and sound advice we offer is based on our collective expertise and knowledge. Our services include evaluation based on the highest international standards and certification of all items sold.
We will offer Insurance companies and brokers competitive prices. We commit to fulfilling insurance claims within 24hours for ready made up jewellery and 2 weeks for handmade items or as time constraints will allow.
We will maintain contact with the assessor throughout the entire claim to avoid any rising problems.
We only invoice once all jewellery items have been accepted, delivered and a items release form signed by the client accepting all goods and services provided by us are in order.

Local and imported jewellery in 9 & 18ct gold, silver, diamond and gemstone jewellery. We can also source most brands of watches For our Indian clients we do have access to a large selection of 9, 18 & 22ct gold Indian style jewellery.
In addition, as certified diamond merchants, we deal in high quality, cut and polished loose stones. We also have a master jewellery designer catering for those personalized handmade individual jewellery design. Using only the finest materials, we focus on creating a masterpiece every time for our clients. We offer repairs and remodelling of old jewellery.

Driver Service
Whereby we will shuttle the client from their home or office to our premises and back again if they so wish.
Valuation Certificates
We offer to all clients where we have concluded an insurance replacement, an updated valuation on all there jewellery including what we supply. We also do insurance valuations for your clients either at our offices or I will travel to their homes if they would prefer.
Assessment Service
Which offers assistance to the insurance assessor where we will go out and assist with obtaining descriptions and quantifying the loss for you.
Out Call Service
Whereby we will call on those clients and busy executives who are unable to see us during working hours or able to come to our premise.

This is a service we offer to clients who are not able to come in and collect there jewellery, we will hand deliver to them.
